Passing of the Hon Sir Francis Gerard Brennan AC KBE GBS QC

The inaugural President of the AAT, the Hon Sir Francis Gerard Brennan AC KBE GBS QC, has died at the age of 94. Sir Gerard served as Chief Justice of the High Court of Australia and made a lasting contribution to our nation’s legal profession.
