Our Migration and Refugee Division have made changes to the online application form. The updated online application form includes changes:
- to the representative and declaration sections of the form, and
- to the types of decision the AAT can review to include decisions made under section 197D(2) of the Migration Act 1958 (Cth) about protection findings.
