New versions of the following summons forms have been approved under regulation 7(1) of the Administrative Appeals Tribunal Regulation 2015 for the purposes of section 40A of the AAT Act:
Summons to give evidence
Summons to give evidence and produce documents
Summons to produce documents or things
The previous versions of these forms are still valid.
