On 14 December, the AAT launched a new online forms platform.

There are two key changes for AAT Online Services account holders:

  1. When saving your application form, you will no longer be able to access your saved form from your account dashboard. Instead you should use the unique link emailed to you after saving your form.
  2. When deleting an uploaded document from the online form, you must now choose the ‘clear files’ option rather than un-select the ‘add another document’ checkbox.

These changes have no impact on the overall online application process.

Regular users should replace any saved bookmarks or links to specific forms with the AAT Online Services URL. This will ensure that a new form is generated for each new application.
