We have engaged an independent research company called ORIMA Research to conduct an anonymous online survey on our behalf. Responses to this voluntary survey will help us improve the way in which we deliver our services.
If you were involved in an AAT case that was finalised between 1 December 2022 and 31 March 2023, you may receive an email or SMS request to complete this survey which seeks your views on your experience in dealing with the AAT.
We respect your privacy. Any information that you provide in the survey will remain confidential. Before presenting the AAT with the results of the survey, ORIMA Research will remove any information that might identify individuals.
