We have engaged independent research company ORIMA Research to conduct an anonymous online survey on our behalf, to help us improve the way we deliver our services.
If you were involved in an AAT case that was finalised between 1 December 2021 and 31 March 2022, you may receive an email or SMS request to complete this survey which seeks your views on your experience in dealing with the AAT.
Your participation is entirely voluntary and any information that you provide will remain confidential. Data obtained from the survey will be presented to the AAT in a way that will not identify individuals.
