While our registries are open to the public, to reduce the risks associated with COVID-19 we encourage you to contact us in other ways where possible, rather than visit in person.
The health of the community is our priority. You must not visit an AAT registry if you have any COVID-19 symptoms or if you are required to be in self-isolation under your local public health guidelines.
If it is necessary to visit a registry in person you should call ahead on 1800 228 333 to plan your visit.
Email and online
You can contact us by email, apply for a review online and send us documents online for any case that has already been lodged with the AAT.
Information about how to get to our registries available is for each state or territory.
Unless you have been directed to attend an AAT registry for a hearing or a conference, please call us on 1800 228 333 before you visit.
