What we can review
We can review adverse or qualified security assessments made by the Australian Security Intelligence Organisation (ASIO).
The letter notifying you of the assessment should tell you if we can review the decision or you can check the List of reviewable decisions.
What we cannot review?
A security assessment that has not been issued by ASIO.
