What we can review
A second review is the second time we review a Centrelink decision.
We can conduct a second review of most first review decisions made by the Social Services & Child Support Division of the AAT. The letter we sent you with the first review decision will tell you if we can review the decision again.
What we cannot do
- review a decision of the Social Services & Child Support Division to dismiss an application or refuse to reinstate an application for a first review
- review a decision if you are an employer and have received a first review decision about Paid Parental Leave from the Social Services & Child Support Division.
The letter we sent you with the decision will tell you what you can do if you think one of these types of decisions is wrong.
