The AAT launched a new online services portal in late 2020 with transitional arrangements in place for users with old Migration and Refugee Division system accounts. More than 1,000 of these users have transitioned to access the benefits of the new system. We sent advice to a small group of people, those with partially completed applications in the old system, about what to do before we closed the old system down.
