On 1 July, application fees for the review of a decision in some divisions will increase as part of the annual fee increases for courts and tribunals.
Changes to application fees will apply to:
- Freedom of Information Division
- General Division
- Migration and Refugee Division
- Security Division
- Small Business Taxation Division
- Taxation and Commercial Division.
