If you were involved in an AAT case which was finalised between 1 December 2020 and 31 March 2021, you may receive an email or SMS request to complete an anonymous online survey.
We have engaged independent research company ORIMA Research to conduct the survey on our behalf.
The survey seeks your views and feedback on your experience in dealing with the AAT. We will consider the information collected in the survey to improve the services we provide.
Participation is entirely voluntary. All information provided by survey respondents is confidential, and data will be presented to the AAT in a way that will not identify individuals.
If you receive an invitation to complete the survey, we encourage you to take part before the closing date of 23 June 2021 to share your valuable insights with us.
