Our vision for reconciliation is to promote inclusiveness and diversity through the implementation of a range of practical actions.
We encourage and support the reporting of wrongdoing by current or former public officials in accordance with the Public Interest Disclosure Act 2013, and will take active steps to support and to protect persons who make disclosures under the Act.
We are committed to preventing fraud. If you suspect or are aware of any fraudulent activity against the AAT, you can make a report to the AAT.
These 'Managing misconduct' procedures apply in determining whether a person who is an Australian Public Service (APS) employee in the AAT, or who is a former APS employee who was employed in the AAT at the time of the suspected misconduct, has breached the APS Code of Conduct in section 13 of the Public Service Act 1999.
