The Migration and Refugee Division (MRD) paper application forms have been updated to align with changes that were recently made to our online application form for MRD matters. The online application form should still be used to lodge an application where possible.
The following paper application forms have been updated:
- Form M1: Application for review – Migration (for people not in immigration detention and for organisations)
- Form M2: Application for review – Migration (for people in immigration detention)
- Form R1: Application for review – Refugee (for people applying for review of decisions about protection visas or protection findings)
Updates have been made to the personal details section of the forms. Additional updates have also been made to Forms M1 and M2 to address the Tribunal’s new jurisdiction to review a refusal to approve critical technology related study (visa condition 8208).
