The Hon Justice Susan Kenny AM is acting President of the Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT) from 16 December 2022. The AAT will continue to deliver independent merits review services with her guidance.
The Hon Justice Berna Collier was acting President from 1 – 15 December 2022 following the resignation of the former President, the Hon Justice Fiona Meagher, on 30 November. Justice Collier is taking a period of pre-arranged leave.
