This form is used for migration and refugee reviews in the Migration & Refugee Division.
Under section 312B of the Migration Act 1958 registered migration agents must notify the AAT when they give immigration assistance to a person in relation to a review of a decision to refuse a visa after having agreed to represent an applicant in respect of that review. Notice must be given either at the time of lodging a review application or, if the application has already been lodged, no later than 28 days after commencing to act.
