This Direction explains what we will do when we review a decision made by the National Disability Insurance Agency (the Agency) under the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 (NDIS Act). It also explains what an applicant and the Agency must do. These procedures apply to all kinds of decisions that we review under the NDIS Act.
