Practice Directions and GuidesGuidesOver time, the Tribunal is developing a guide for each of its major areas of jurisdiction. The guides will set out general information about how the Tribunal will deal with applications in that particular jurisdiction. They will explain what is expected of parties and their representatives to assist the Tribunal during the review process. The guides are designed to support a mechanism of review that is fair, just, economical, informal and quick. The first guide to be published is the Guide to the Workers' Compensation Jurisdiction which took effect on 30 April 2007. The second guide to be published is the Guide to the Social Security Jurisdiction which will took effect on 19 May 2008.
