Direction under section 20 of the AAT Act for Military Rehabilitation and Compensation Act matters to be heard in the Veterans' Appeal Division
Pursuant to section 20(1) of the Administrative Appeals Tribunal Act 1975 I direct that all applications for review:
-
of decisions made under the Military Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 2004; and
-
of "defence-related claims" as defined in section 141 of the Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 1988;
be dealt with in the Veterans' Appeals Division of the Tribunal.
This Direction applies to all applications lodged on or after the date of this Direction.
