Direction under section 20 of the AAT Act for Australian Business Number matters to be heard in the Taxation Appeals Division

Pursuant to sub-section 20(1) of the Administrative Appeals Tribunal Act 1975 I direct that all applications for review of decisions made under the A New Tax System (Australian Business Number) Act 1999 be dealt with in the Taxation Appeals Division of the Tribunal.

This Direction applies to all applications lodged on or after the date of this Direction.
