AAT Brochures

The Tribunal has a series of information brochures, called:

AAT Service Charter

The Charter is translated into ten languages: Arabic, Chinese, Croatian, Greek, Italian, Macedonian, Serbian, Spanish, Turkish and Vietnamese.

The Charter is also available in large print (18 point).

Audio Tapes

An audio tape containing the series of five AAT information brochures and the AAT Charter is available for people with visual impairment.

Video Tapes/DVD

The AAT video/DVD "Getting Decisions Right" is subtitled in English for people with a hearing disability.

Information Sheet for Applicants in Migration Matters

Additional information is available for applicants who have been given a deportation order under section 200 of the Migration Act 1958 .

There is also additional information available for persons in Australia seeking review of a decision to refuse to grant or to cancel their visa on character grounds under section 501 of the Migration Act 1958 .
