Notes: Prices include GST. Bookings subject to availability.

  • No booking fee is charged.

  • Discounts available to regular users.

  • One hour minimum booking (two hours for after business hours, weekends and public holidays), 15 minutes increments thereafter.

  • Photocopying and facsimile facilities are available on a user pays basis.

  • Rates for other national or international sites (plus any fees) will be advised upon reservation.

  • Video tape of conference is $22 (GST included) per 3 hour tape - Approval of all parties required.

  • Set up and test transmission charges apply in some circumstances.

  • Catering consists of tea, coffee and biscuits.

    • More than 6 participants : $1.10 per head (GST included).

    • Less than 6 : no charge.

  • Operator provided at $55 per hour (GST included). Instruction available.

  • Tribunal can arrange bookings using non-Tribunal sites.

 

Cancellation Rates

  • More than 48 hours notice (2 working days):  No charge

  • Less than 48 hours notice (2 to 1 working days):   50% Facilities Hire Fee

  • Less than 24 hours notice (1 working day):   100% Facilities Hire Fee
